This is a "hands-on" workshop sponsored by the Oklahoma Alliance for Manufacturing Excellence and Tulsa Technology Center to help manufacturers in Oklahoma become more competitive. Learn how to:

Applying LEAN principles can save time, and make money by improving competitiveness.
The workshop is limited to 18 people, and consists of a mix of classroom and live practical simulation with each participant working to manufacture products in a traditional manufacturing environment that is hectic and chaotic.
Anyone that is currently or that will be responsible for implementing process improvement within an organization should attend.
The simulation will be located at Tulsa Technology Center's Training Center, located at 3638 South Memorial Drive. The workshop will last from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The cost of the workshop is $250 per participant which includes books, classroom materials and lunch.
