Internship & Placement Services
At Tulsa Tech, we measure our success by our students’ success. That’s why, through our Internship and Placement
Services (IPS), we help Tulsa Tech students find work-based learning opportunities and full- or part-time employment.
We achieve this goal by building relationships with area businesses and organizations to locate internship and
employment openings related to student pathways.
Because experience gained in internships greatly enhances future workplace success, IPS provides work-based
learning as a basic part of many Tulsa Tech programs. Part-time employment is made available to students who
need assistance to stay in school. For students who successfully complete their course work, IPS provides
resources necessary to conduct a job search, along with referrals to employers with available, compatible
opportunities. IPS strives to locate employment by the time students graduate. However, alumni can also use this
free service to find work.
