College Relations
Get an early start on your college degree!
In a cooperative effort between the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education and the Oklahoma Department of Career & Technology Education, college credit can be earned for certain Tulsa Tech courses through the Cooperative Alliance program.
All Tulsa Tech students (high school and adult) who are enrolled in a program that offers college credit have the opportunity to receive dual college credit as they complete their program. The College Relations office at Tulsa Tech will work with students each semester to explain the process of co-enrollment, so qualified students can earn college credit toward an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or a technical college certificate.
When you enroll in the Cooperative Alliance program, you actually become a college student, so grades earned become a part of your permanent college transcript. College credits range from 3 to 50 hours of credit, depending on the program.
A minimal $8 per credit hour is charged by the college or university to cover academic and administrative costs.
- Save on college expenses
- Shorten the time to earn a degree
- Avoid course duplication
- $8 per credit hour fee
